I recommend as operating system for Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ and Raspberry Pi 3 Model B:

• SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (for ARM => AArch64) => https://www.suse.com/products/arm/ and "Raspberry Pi Quick Start" from https://www.suse.com/documentation/
• Ubuntu Server (ARM64 => 64-bit) => https://ubuntu.com/download/raspberry-pi and https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ARM/RaspberryPi
