@pedro.andrade@sulamerica.com.br Hi, you need to read up on the install documentation for Prometheus and install/configure to your requirements, if you following the guide I linked to it should be all good.

  • I installed the Prometheus on server, I got this on curl:
    s10apl296:~ # curl localhost:9090
    Found.

    s10apl296:~ # curl localhost:9090 -I
    HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed
    Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8
    X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff
    Date: Tue, 17 Nov 2020 20:05:55 GMT
    Content-Length: 19

But when I try to Enable on SuseManager I get this:
Failed to enable all monitoring services. Some services are still disabled. See the server logs for details.

Can you please help on it?
    Ty

@pedro.andrade@sulamerica.com.br Did you click on the green button below "Enable services"?

  • Yes, I clicked on it and showed up that red message upon the page.

@pedro.andrade@sulamerica.com.br Ahh, OK. Well you need to use the command systemctl list-units to see the above four that aren't running eg a tomcat service. I don't have a SuMA instance running at the moment, so you might have to give more information...

    Once you identify the actual names, then look at the status and see if enabled;

    systemctl status <some service>

If disabled, then enable and start, you should also be able to do this via YaST.

  • systemctl status
    What is the service?

@pedro.andrade@sulamerica.com.br In the list output I expect at least a Tomcat one and postgresql. Have you tried restarting the SuMA instance?

  • Attached

    systemctl status tomcat.service
