Upgrade SLES-12 SP5 error reported

The upgrade method is from SLES-11.4 using DVD. The following error occurred when the last step before the update was confirmed：

Does anyone know how to choose? Will it make any difference?

@腾 Hi, you need to remove the lock to allow rsylog to update... option 3.
This is an offline upgrade as per https://documentation.suse.com/sles/12-SP5/html/SLES-all/cha-update-sle.html#fig-update-sle-paths-overview
