Hi there,

Does any know if the two disc images that are available for download include GCC?Also,when you purchase the backupCD do you get both disks?Thanks for any help.;)

Yes they do, there is also the SLE SDK download which provides
additional devel files.

Not sure, will need to ask my SUSE contacts....

Assuming you are referring to the DVDs available to install SLED available
from Novell/SUSE then yes, they come with gcc. The first DVD is the one
for installing, and the second is source code for the first (so usually
you do not need the second at all unless you're going to code something
based on the packages that come with SLED).

Hi
You can only download the iso images there is no media sent when you
purchase the activation key. Note once you have an active subscription
you will get access to online updates, src rpms patches etc as well as
access to updates for the SLE SDK if you add that.
