Anyone know what protocol / port the cisco anyconnect client uses to
check for updates?

I've been googling for a while (rimshot), and cannot seem to find that
info.

http://www.cisco.com/image/gif/paws/107391/anyconnect-faqs.pdf
mentions ports, but I didn't read it, so don't know if it relates to
what you're asking.

Also,
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/an
yconnect40/administration/guide/b_AnyConnect_Administrator_Guide_4-0/b
_AnyConnect_Administrator_Guide_chapter_010.html#I D-1425-0000044e
lists ports at the bottom. Again, I don't know if this relates to
what you're asking.

Just trying to help. If it's not right, sorry for wasting your time.

Susan sounds like they 'said':

So my response to Susan's comment is...

Second one shows protocols & ports, but doesn't really say anything
about what ones are used for the update process.

Guessing it's probably 443, think we got the weirdness licked, for now
anyway. :-)

Thanks!
