Hi,
please can someone have a look on the SR#10991592991 ? It's open since
February and I have got no response since End of March. I think I was
patient enough ;-)

Yes, you HAVE been very patient.

The support engineer has been working on it, but has forgotten to give
you updates. You should have heard from him by now. Our apologies
for the lack of communication on this one. Thanks for letting us know.
