It's time for my performance evaluation. On of my performance management
goals is to keep you folks happy and enable you with what you need, to the best
of my ability. I'd appreciate if you would send an email to
Emily.Evangelista@microfocus.com , make it as short or long as you wish, and
give her your input on how well you think I've done in that regard. This
week if possible. Be honest.

If you want it to be confidential, tell her so. She won't breach that trust.
In fact, she's never told me specifics in the past when I've asked you to send
her stuff, confidential or not.
