    Hi and Welcome to the Forum
    You can add SUSE Package Hub repository and install the KDE pattern from there via zypper or YaST;

    As Malcolm has already indicated, KDE is available via the SUSE Package Hub though you will need to be running SLED12 SP1 or later. Please see https://www.suse.com/c/plasma-desktop-kde-frameworks-5-kde-applications-available-sle12/ .

    Which release of SLED12 are you using? Please post the output from "cat /etc/*release".
