    ShutdownManager

    Hi Guys,

I keep seeing the following log in /var/log/messages:

Nov 24 21:44:23 BD1 zmd: ShutdownManager (WARN): Preparing to sleep...
Nov 24 21:44:23 BD1 zmd: ShutdownManager (WARN): Going to sleep, waking up at 11/25/2013 15:02:21
Nov 25 03:45:25 BD1 zmd: ShutdownManager (WARN): Preparing to sleep...
Nov 25 03:45:25 BD1 zmd: ShutdownManager (WARN): Going to sleep, waking up at 11/25/2013 15:02:21

I checked it seems related to 'powersaved' daemon. It is running and auto startup. I believe it can be turned off without impacting any application specially SAP but I am not too sure. Could you guys please advise if 'powersaved' can be turned off safely?

BTW, this is old version. It is SLES 10.4 and vm machine.

    Thank you.
