I've replied to a similar post in Novell's ZENworks 11 Server Install
forum but you have two options for a remote upgrade of SLES11 SP1 to
SLES11 SP2 - YaST wagon and zypper. See
for a guide to updating regular (ie. not SLES for VMware) SLES11 SP1 to
SLES11 SP2 but the same logic applies although you should change
SLES11-SPx-* to SLES11-SPx-VMware-* to upgrade SLES for VMware.

Note ZCM 11.2.4 added support for SLES11 SP3 so if you wanted to upgrade
to SLES11 SP3 for VMware before upgrading ZCM 11.2.x to ZCM 11.3 you
could but that's something for the Novell ZENworks forum.
