    There needs to be downloaded .drpm the files to create a local repository?

    Could you explain where you are getting these files, and what you are
    trying to do with them? If your SLES system is signed up for patches,
    then they should come in directly and be applied via zypper. If you want
    to share patches among multiple systems, software like SUSE Manager or SMT
    can let you do that for registered systems.

    ..drpm files are delta RPMs.

    Which version(s) of Linux are you looking to handle via a local repository?

    If SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (since you've posted in a SLES forum)
    then you could use Subscription Management Tool (SMT) 11 SP3 on SLES11
    SP3 to provide a local repository for your other servers.
