    Is a good idea to register the susemanager server to himself ?

    No, and in fact you must not do this (I think it is even in the
    documentation). You can register a SUMa Proxy to a SUMa server for
    updates (and you probably should), but the main SUMa box should get
    patches directly from something else, if only because if it breaks, you
    will not be able to access repositories to rollback since those
    repositories are local and now broken.
