It seems that you cannot buy the Basic Subscription anymore, since 2015 May, apparently.

Basic Subscription is for maintenance updates only, access to the update repositories, no other support. It costs $350 for 1 year per server.

The only subscriptions available now are Standard and Priority, that include support. Standard costs $670 for 1 year per server.

Someone told me that Basic Subscription is available as OEM, if you buy the server from Dell, you should still be able to get it. But I don't see that on Dell's website. Only this. First sum is full price, second is with discount:
SuSe Enterprise Linux Server,1-2SKT,1yr Subscription&License,Physical [$1,199.00 $613.90]

These seem to be prices for Priority Subscription.

RedHat still has a Self-Support subscription for $349.

So what is SUSE doing?

I did not find a forum that would be more appropriate for this question.
