It would help if you could provide the link(s) to the instructions you
have followed so we can follow what you have done.

Note SLED11 SP2 is now out of support with the latest SLED11 release SP4
(though to upgrade to it you'd have to go via SLED11 SP3).

The above repo is for openSUSE 11.2 and no longer exists on VideoLAN's
download site. openSUSE 11.2 is also different to SLED11 SP2 - for

The above repo URL indicates a later release than you're using so could
