Exclamation Can't install into LPAR: Unable to create repository

I've had several errors doing an LPAR install. First I got:

Internal error. Please report a bug report with logs.
Details: undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass
    Caller: /mounts/mp_0002/usr/share/YaST2/modules/NetworkInterfaces.rp:89:in 'block in Write'

which happened after I first got my VNC client going and was editing the network configuration.

I was able to get past this by restarting from the second-level installer. This latest time, I was able to configure the network and the DASD I wanted. It started the "System Probing" process, and when it got to "Initialize Software Manager", I got these messages:

    ----------
    Unable to create repository
    from URL 'dir:/mounts/mp_0006'

Details: [SLES12-SP2-12.2-0|dir:///mounts/mp_0006] Valid metadata not found at specified URL
    History:
    - Can't hardlink/copy /mounts/mp_0006/license.tar.gz to /var/cache/zypp/SLES12-12.2-0Wtd3Si
    - Can't provide license.tar.gz

    Try again?
    ----------

I did the "try again" thing, and essentially got nowhere. This was actually the second instance of the same message that I copied down.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated; I have had this for a few months now and still can't get it installed.
