I second that advice - any reputable headhunter is going to be paid by
the company they are recruiting for. The often will have a percentage as
a finder's fee. Those that charge the candidates tend to be
unscrupulous, as they tend to see the candidates as the 'cash cow' and
may string you along. Those who are paid by the recruiters make good
money, and it's in their interest to match people up quickly rather than
to drag the process out.
