I have tried to add rancher OS EC2 hosts to rancher, I have specifially mentioned to use a subnet, and I can see the private IP of hosts are under the subnet that I mentioned but when I checked the added host details, it is getting the IP of load balancer.

Thanks.

You mean using this method?

[https://docs.rancher.com/rancher/v1.3/en/faqs/troubleshooting/#are-the-ips-of-the-hosts-correct-in-the-ui](https://docs.rancher.com/rancher/v1.3/en/faqs/troubleshooting/#are-the-ips-of-the-hosts-correct-in-the-ui)

That would be my first try.
