# Bring Your Own Subscription

As announced during SUSECon 2014 ([https://www.suse.com/company/press/2…lic-cloud.html](https://www.suse.com/company/press/2...lic-cloud.html)) it is possible to use your existing subscriptions in the Public Cloud. For more details about the subscription portability please visit [https://www.suse.com/solutions/public-cloud/](https://www.suse.com/solutions/public-cloud/).

Bring Your Own Subscription images require you to register with the Customer Center using your existing code in order to receive updates. The support options enabled with your subscription apply to your registered instances.

In an effort to make it easy to get started with BYOS SUSE has released the following images in GCE:
