# Changing k8s debug level settings in Rancher

Hi, anyone knows how to up the verbosity of the logs of a k8s component in a cluster created by Rancher? I see that the Kubelet container is using the --v=2 flag but I’m unable to change it as Rancher is overwriting my changes all the time.
