# Cloud Credential error

When adding cloud credential for vSphere in rancher UI, it shows “Authentication Test Failed”. Unable to add or create cluster due to this, even after giving right credentials. Any help is much appreciated!!

having the same problem.  
im using port 443 with the same credential as the esxi web interface.
