Hi

Could you please have attention on releasing the newest developer kits.

Especially the “SecretStore Developer Kit for C”, I know there is a much
newer version then the 2007 version on:

At least SecureLogin 8 installs a newer versions.

Also the “SecretStore Developer Kit for Java” needs a update:

Since Java 7 is now unsupported, the Developer Kit need to be updated to
support Java 8, the current downloadable version is using the class
sun.io.ByteToCharConverter was present in Java 7 and earlier but was
deprecated. In Java 8 it is gone and compiling with Java 8 gives a
stacktrace (NoClassDefFoundError):

Exception in thread “CertificateIssuanceThreadEDir”
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sun/io/ByteToCharConverter

Hi Uffe,

The people in this forum only deal with technical support issues so I’ll
take your request/suggestion and pass it along to the product managers
and hopefully it will get to the folks that deal with the SDKs. Thanks
for the feedback.
