Hello,
please could you advise on a step I may be missing when extending the disk in Linux? I have run the commands pvresize and lvextend, both times receiving confirmation of the space being added.
However, when I run df -h and look at system monitor from the Linux desktop, the added space is not shown.
Any ideas please?
Cheers

Perhaps resizing the filesystem remains, per following article : [https://documentation.suse.com/sles/15-SP1/html/SLES-all/cha-resize-fs.html](https://documentation.suse.com/sles/15-SP1/html/SLES-all/cha-resize-fs.html)

Rgds, Eirikur.

Hello Eirikur,
Aw magic! Thanks very much for coming back to me. That makes sense.
Please may I clarify the significance of the /mnt in the command?
sudo xfs\_growfs -d /mnt

Sorry if that’s an obvious question.
For reference this is the output of df -h on our system

If /mnt is the Filesystem path would I show /hana/backup rather than /mnt?

Thanks again for your time.
Cheers
