Hello everybody.

I have a server with SLES 12 running on a Dell R630, and out of nowhere started to show an error in the boot making it impossible to boot, has anyone been through this and can give me a light?

[4.882496] i8042: No controller found
[5.179020] megasas: IOC Init cmd success
[5.255386] megasas: INIT adapter done
Welcome to emergency mode “After logging in, type” journalctl -xb "to view
system logs, “systemctl reboot” to reboot, “systemctl default” to try again to boot into default mode.
Give root password for maintenance
(or press Control-D to continue):

I’ve tried everything and I don’t know what else to do to be able to recover this OS.

@Clístenis Hi and welcome to the Forum 🙂
You need to upgrade the SAS driver… See [https://www.suse.com/support/kb/doc/?id=000019155](https://www.suse.com/support/kb/doc/?id=000019155)
