# Fail to access portal

is the portal down or under maintenance? cannot access the portal today, can see dashboard but cannot launch course.

Hello,  
Accessing the course from a link has always been problematic. The best way to access the course is through the partner portal:  
Login to the Partner Portal ([https://partner.suse.com](https://partner.suse.com))  
Navigate to Skill Up\>Training  
Click on the Academy link in the Quick Links box (or scroll to the bottom of the page)  
Click on the See More Information link underneath Current Academy  
Click on the Launch Training link on the SUSE Academy page  
From there, you should be able to access the course.
