# Forbidden error in rancher UI while selecting Namespace

Hi Guys,

Our users are getting forbidden error while trying to select the permitted namespace. They can see resources in the namespace using the command line, however, can’t select their permitted namespace from Rancher UI?

users can access by putting the name of NS in URL but can’t select from drop down list in UI.
