I just installed rancherOS as a VM with virtualBox, run it, logged in and wanted to check the version.
Typed: sudo rancherctl -v
Got: sudo: rancherctl: command not found

is there something more I have to do first?

(“sudo system-docker ps” works like it should)

Pretty sure `rancherctl` was replaced by `ros` -

On one of my hosts -

`[rancher@D-RHST01 ~]$ sudo ros os version v0.5.0`

You are right. This works like a charm. Thanks.
