# Getting multiple helm operations pods

RKE2 and rancher v2.12.1 i am doing HA airgapp installation i am getting multiple helm operations pods and in side the pod below is teh error how to fix the helm operations pods issue  
centos 8.10  
helm upgrade --history-max=5 --install=true --labels=[catalog.cattle.io/cluster-repo-name=rancher-charts](http://catalog.cattle.io/cluster-repo-name=rancher-charts) --namespace=cattle-fleet-system --reset-values=true --take-ownership=true --timeout=5m0s --values=/home/shell/helm/values-fleet-107.0.1-up0.13.1.yaml --version=107.0.1+up0.13.1 --wait=true fleet /home/shell/helm/fleet-107.0.1-up0.13.1.tgz  
Release “fleet” does not exist. Installing it now.  
Error: failed to parse /home/shell/helm/values-fleet-107.0.1-up0.13.1.yaml: error converting YAML to JSON: yaml: control characters are not allowed
