# Github access control - Teams

Hi everyone!  
This is my first post, so please be gentle 🙂  
I have a question regarding access control through Github. I have managed to grant access into secure information of the Github Organization - through settings. Unfortunately I’m unable to grant access into Rancher environments to some specific teams. To be more precise - I’m not able to add teams (they are not visible on the list), which I’m NOT a member, regardless of visible/secret status. Is it intentional, a bug, or am I missing something?

Hi, this is an issue for us too, using Rancher 1.6.7
