# Hanging on "Loading basic drivers..."  USB boot

Hi

I have an SUSE iso file. I use Rufus program to extract the image to USB.  
The installation works but, during the installation it got stuck on the “Loading basic drivers…”

After approx. 30min the installation continues  
What could be the problem?

Have you tried creating a SLED11 SP3 install USB using dd rather  
than Rufus? Please see

try [this](https://www.balena.io/etcher) if your having issues with Rufus I used this with no flaws on any Linux Distro its etcher
