# Instance registration issue on PAYG instance of AWS

Hello @Team,

This is regarding the AWS SUSE SAP 15SP3 is not getting register and getting below error code while doing force registration the instance. it’s a PAYG instance.

Error: Invalid system credentials, probably because the registered system was deleted in SUSE Customer Center. Check [https://smt-ec2.susecloud.net](https://smt-ec2.susecloud.net) whether your system appears there. If it does not, please call SUSEConnect --cleanup and re-register this system.

Can you pls help to resolve this issue at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

as root

That said the version of cloud-regionsrv-client on SP3 maybe too old to register.

The package can be retrieved from a newer instance with zypper and the download option.
