# Intel e1000e driver

When I try to build e1000e drive on SUSE 9 kernel version 2.4.27-adeos, driver builds but whe try to modprobe I get error unresolved symbol \_kc\_\_div64\_32. Any suggestions?

You’ve posted in the forums for SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop, the earliest version of which is 10. The predecessor to SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 was Novell Linux Desktop 9, general support for which ended 30 Jul 2011. There was also something called SUSE Linux 9 but the last version of that, 9.3, went end of life in 2007.

Could you clarify exactly which SUSE variant you’re using? The output of these commands should help

`$ cat /etc/issue
$ cat /etc/*release*`
