In Rancher 2.x, we can enable metrics at the Cluster level, and Project owners can enable metrics at the Project level. These spin up a Prometheus/Grafana server.

Are these Cluster-level metrics and the Project-level metrics hosted on totally separate, isolated Grafana instances? If metrics are enabled for 10 different projects, are there 10 isolated Prometheus/Grafana clusters?

I understand that [Rancher determines which users can access the new Grafana instance](https://rancher.com/docs/rancher/v2.x/en/cluster-admin/tools/monitoring/viewing-metrics/#authentication). I’m asking about the actual, physical isolation of these metrics servers.
