# Issues provisioning downstream cluster

Hi team,

I have installed rancher using K3s and helm and now i´m trying to provision downstream clusters.  
I took the docker commands to run rancher agents on controle plane, etcd and worker.  
No issues when i check logs.  
Container status is restarting
