[{“insert”:"I am trying to install a UPNP server on my Leap 15.1 machine. Miniupnp does not seem to do anything.   
Kodi has a nice GUI and I enabled UPNP and sharing, but even with the firewall off, I cannot see it as a UPNP server on my DCS Bartok DAC music player. There are posts on the Kodi board about needing mysql also, but I have only one client, so as far as I can tell, I do not need this.  
My Bartok can see the Serviio server on my Mac.  
Thanks for any suggestions.
