# Load balancer target services using API

Hi All,

Can some one suggest me what is the best way to add new target service (virtualhost configuration) to existed load balancer(which already have couple of target services.

when ever i execute with **rancher-compose up -d** for existed load balancer , my old target services are wiped off form load balancer.

iam looking for load balancer target url’s to be update for every new service( as soon as it create)
