Hi,

Is there a way to specify the number of instances of a container to start on a given host that will meet the scheduling rules?

To be more exact, an option like: “Always run X instances of this container on every host”. I need to run two instances on each host that will meet my rules, also when the host gets removed i don’t want the instances to be moved on other hosts that meet the rules. Upscale and downscale to be more specific. I think the solution will be the webhooks part, i will give it a try.

Thanks,
Alex

No, that feature currently is not implemented, but it has been requested before. There’s probably an issue open for it already, but I couldn’t find it quickly. You could open an issue requesting the feature if you like.
