# No registration code received

Hi,  
I entered my e-mail address and phone number and got the ISO file for SUSE Linux Enterprise but never received a registration code or account password.

I do get information from SUSE to my mail however.

I tried to get a new password for my possible account both via mail and phone with no success.

I entered “private” as my company name when registering, could that have anything to do with this?
