Hi and welcome to the Forum 🙂

If you run;

```auto
SUSEConnect --list-extensions
```

It should be listed as a free extension, then follow the instruction  
listed to add the product;

```auto
SUSEConnect -p <the extension to add>
```

What is the output/error?

Can you try using the code you used to register the SLES system to SCC.
