where can i find the postgis extension for postgressql-server 14 on sles12sp5?

@UweS Hi and welcome to the Forum 😄  
I see [https://postgis.net/documentation/getting\_started/install\_opensuse/](https://postgis.net/documentation/getting_started/install_opensuse/) leading to [https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/Application:Geo/postgis](https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/Application:Geo/postgis) but no build for SLE 12 SP5, you might need to try rebuilding the src rpm locally (totally unsupported of course).
