# problem

Hello,

when i’m logging to suse the SE log in automatically without asking me to put the password.  
Plz How to enable the password when SUSE starts ?

Hi and welcome to the forum 🙂  
The autologin user name is set in the file /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager (Variable: DISPLAYMANAGER\_AUTOLOGIN=), you can edit this via YaST /etc/sysconfig editor and browse to the displaymanager entry on the left and the edit the variable to just a blank.
