“rancher cli run” command can not specify the host-label

$rancher\_cli --url $rancher\_url --access-key $rancher\_access\_key --secret-key $rancher\_secret\_key --env $rancher\_env --wait --wait-state active --wait-timeout $rancher\_wait\_timeout run --name $rancher\_stack/$app\_name --privileged -p $port\_out:$port\_in -e MEM="$run\_mem" -v /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro -i -t --pull $image\_name
