Ever found a solution for this?, I’m seeing the same thing on SLES11-SP1  
for Itanium…

Well, altough all boot messages go to VGA monitor, the installer goes  
to Serial Console on a rx2660. Is there any hidden fancy boot option to  
avoid this?
