HP DL380 G7 server
HP LTO-5 tape drive externally connected to controller
SLES 11 SP2

Running a trial of Arkeia. It does not see the tape drive. It
appears this happens when the OS does not see the drive. I’ve been
searching, but I have yet to find how to make sure that the OS sees
the tape drive. A little help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Ken

Found TID 3611352. That solved my problem.
