Hi, We need to report a bug in SLES 15 but I couldn’t find anywhere to do it in SCC. I tried clicking on the Support link under My Tools but even though I have Support Access enabled in the Organization settings, I get a message that I’m not entitled. Does anyone have information on how to report SLES bugs? Thanks, /Mikael ---

Yes we have active subscriptions but as I wrote, when I tried to create a support request it tells me that I’m not entitled. I suppose I could call them on the phone to get help with that. I actually don’t know what the issue is yet, I was just told to find out how to report bugs. Thanks /Mikael ---

I now have som more information on the bug. I don’t think it is helpful to write it all here but it is related to a NULL pointer dereference in the kernel 4.12.14-197.29 in SLES 15 SP1 /Mikael ---

Just a final note. After contacting our account representative at SUSE we got help to open a case at SUSE Tech Support. Thanks for all the help with this. /Mikael ---
