# SR Escalation/prodding please

Hello,

I have an SR:  
Service Request # 101136875941

That is being worked on, but it’s progressing extremely slowly (we’re  
going on 3 weeks now I believe).  
Any chance I can get it escalated so we can get resolved by the end of  
the week?

I have notified the Product Support Manager and asked him to look into  
it for you.
