Xen? KVM? Either way, I think the answer is yes.

Good luck.

Note the above link is to documentation for SLED11 SP3 - since this is a
SLES forum the correct link for SLES Xen documentation is
[https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles11/singlehtml/book\_xen/book\_xen.html](https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles11/singlehtml/book_xen/book_xen.html)
except note this is for SLES11 SP3 and not SLES11 SP2 which the OP asked
about.

Similarly
[https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles11/book\_kvm/data/book\_kvm.html](https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles11/book_kvm/data/book_kvm.html) is
the SLES11 SP3 KVM documentation.

The SLES11 SP2 Xen and KVM docs are available as PDFs within
[https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles11/pdfdoc/sles11\_sp2.zip](https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles11/pdfdoc/sles11_sp2.zip) and do
not list Windows Server 2012 as a supported virtual guest for either KVM
or Xen.

No, Windows Server 2012 is not supported as a virtual guest within
either KVM or Xen. It is however supported within both on SLES11 SP3.

Can you possibly install SLES11-SP3? That would be the way to go.
