# SuSe Manager 3.0 test installation

Hello,

I want to try the SuSe Manager 3.0  
So I downloaded the server from the download center.

I booted from disc 1 and installed SLES 12 SP1.  
After that I registrated the system with our registration code (for SLES).

Then I wanted to install the manager via YAST2-\>Addons.  
The wizards asked for a additional registration code.  
I entered the code I got for the evaluation, but it doesn’t work (No valid registration key)

What I doing wrong?

Hi  
Sometime it can take a little whole for codes to register on SCC. Have  
you checked you SCC account to see it’s there? [https://scc.suse.com/](https://scc.suse.com/)

Else, try;

```auto
SUSEConnect -p SUSE-Manager-Server/3.0/x86_64 -r [SUSE_MANAGER_CODE]
```
