# SUSE Manager 4.3

I am getting the below error when opening the SUSE Manager UI → Admin → Setup Wizard → Products

No SUSE Manager Server Subscription available. Products requiring Client Tools Channel will not be shown.

I have entered the correct credentials and can login with this credentials to the SUSE connect center but still getting the above error.

Can you please help me with this error ?
