# SUSE support case closure status

I recently opened a support case which for which i received reply:  
Please note, SUSE Technical Support is a Break and Fix team, so we will not be able to help you with this query.  
some links to docs and where to apply for consulting services were added.  
The call was closed:  
Case Closed Status:Solution Provided  
I’m still wondering what the solution was …
