Hi. I’m trying to update my expired certificate in my rancher setup following this guide:

> **[Updating the Rancher Certificate | Rancher Manager](https://docs.ranchermanager.rancher.io/getting-started/installation-and-upgrade/resources/update-rancher-certificate)**
>
> Follow these steps to update the SSL certificate of the ingress in a Rancher high availability Kubernetes installation or to switch from the default self-signed certificate to a custom certificate.

but I’m getting an error when I try to create a new secret:

error: failed to create secret Post “[https://rancher.mydomain/k8s/clusters/local/api/v1/namespaces/cattle-system/secrets?fieldManager=kubectl-create&fieldValidation=Strict](https://rancher.mydomain/k8s/clusters/local/api/v1/namespaces/cattle-system/secrets?fieldManager=kubectl-create&fieldValidation=Strict)”: x509: certificate is valid for ingress.local, not rancher.mydomain

Any ideas?
